Get Involved

There are many ways to engage and grow at St. Andrew’s!

Weekly drop-in and monthly groups deepen our walk of faith and our life together in community.

Serving the church helps us to learn and grow in our own experience of ministry.

Serving the world helps us take action with others on the issues and needs that matter most to us today.

Whether it’s visiting someone who is homebound, trying out a new prayer practice, making meals, organizing and praying for racial justice, lifting your voice in the choir, praying with others for healing, keeping the church humming behind the scenes - or any number of other possibilities! - there’s a place for you here. Our Community Life Associate, Caz Tod-Pearson, can help you find the best fit for you. CLICK HERE to email her to make a time to talk!

Caring for Friends

For over 37 years, St. Andrew’s has partnered with Caring for Friends to prepare and deliver meals to those in need across the region. One Saturday each month from 8.30-10.30am, volunteers of all ages gather to cook, assemble, and share nourishment and care with thousands. It's a powerful expression of our community’s commitment to serving others.

TGIF

Join us on the second Friday of each month from 5:30–7:30 pm for TGIF - an evening of food, fellowship, fun, and connection. Each month has a new theme, and all are welcome to drop in as you're able. Come as you are, bring a friend, and start your weekend with community!

Let’s Do Lunch

Join us once a month for a relaxed and social lunchtime gathering at Non Solo Pasta in Morrisville. It’s a great chance to connect, share stories, and enjoy good food together in community. All are welcome—bring a friend and pull up a chair!

LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group

Our LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group meets regularly to provide a safe, welcoming space for connection, support, and fellowship. All individuals from the LGBTQ+ community are warmly welcome to join as we share experiences, build community, and celebrate identity together.
In addition to the affinity group, there are also other social events open to everyone in the parish, creating opportunities for broader community connection and inclusion.

Monthly Book Club

Our Book Club meets once a month for thoughtful conversation, connection, and the joy of a good read. Each month we explore a different book, creating space for meaningful discussion and shared insights. Whether you’ve read every page or just a few, you’re welcome to join for company and conversation!

Prayer Shawl Knitting Group

Our Prayer Shawl Group meets monthly to knit together in community and prayer. Each stitch is part of a larger act of care, as we create shawls to offer comfort, warmth, and blessing to those in need. All skill levels are welcome—even if you're just learning!

Men’s Group

Our Men’s Group meets on the first Friday of each month from 6:00–8:00 pm at various locations. It’s a space for deeper conversation and connection with other men - talking honestly about work, faith, family life, and everything in between. Show up as you are, there's a place for you here!

Women’s Group

Gather with other women on the third Friday of each month from 7:00–9:00 PM for an evening of honest conversation, encouragement, and connection. We meet at various locations and create space to share life together—whether it’s about relationships, faith, work, or the everyday ups and downs. Come as you are, and find community with others on the journey.
