Hayley (she/they) brings over a decade of office administration, accounting, and nonprofit management experience to St. Andrew’s. Hayley was an accounting manager and financial analyst for Addteq for seven years, where she was voted Problem Solver of the Year and oversaw everything from accounts to payroll to HR functions/benefits and budgets. Additionally, Hayley has served as the Director of Marketing for ActorsNET of Bucks County (where she’s also often been seen on and off stage) and is currently the President of ACT Bucks County, a consortium of Bucks-based community theatres. Hayley is a passionate community organizer and activist, having spent five years volunteering as a safe space host and community liaison at the Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice in Princeton. Hayley received a mini-MBA from Rutgers Business School and a BA from CUNY-Brooklyn.
